Burning Man 2009-Reno

Reno NV, August 24th. Burning man is just a week away. Im in Reno getting things ready for our camp. We head out to the playa on Tuesday. Today shopping and construction of custom dust masks for the members of the early team in our camp. There are 16 of us staying here, at Starman's house. So far-so FUN! Having a great time. Nothing better than hanging out with a bunch of bodyworkers willing to give back rubs and massages. Its going to take all 16 of us the set up our huge camp. At this point, I am anticipating what is to come prior to the actual event. Next Saturday we are having the flame thrower shooting gallery camp over to our camp for dinner and a burlesque show. I am looking forward to an opportunity to use a flame thrower. Until then though, it is all work. We have a lot to do to prepare for 65 of us to camp together. A lot of set up, shopping and construction. When it is finished though, I will be able to kick back and watch the rest of the city go up. Wander about before the throngs of people arrive, meet artists and enjoy.
