New GoG\BomB Factory Replacement...An Evolution of Change

Though I signed the lease over a week ago, I thought I'd chime in a note to
y'all before 'Playa Fever' reaches its peak, that I've secured a new space
downtown. Negotiations took forever, but, in the end, I got what I wanted which
is:
A 'compound' that covers just less than 30,000 sq. /ft. Of that space, I
have an attached 15,000sq/ft. fenced yard (option for more) in which a few theme
camps have already test built their structures (and I like it a lo :-)). The
building itself is pretty open and has plentiful loading bays of various
configurations. I have a vision (which I am not going to go into detail here on
this post but you can guess easily enough), and a plan which has included
subbing out some of the space to a diverse creative mixture of folks. I
anticipate an opening of sorts perhaps the 1st weekend of October with a theme
possibly revolving around the band DEVO whom which I am in contact with one of
the members.

Anyhow, back to your regularly scheduled programming....
