Personal Thoughts On Burning Man And Falling In Love
Introduction:
I wrote this elsewhere, but since this is the burner community, I thought this would be a great place to share it. It's a bit personal. I've noticed a lot of people talking about how they're so "over" Burning Man and go on about the more intimate regional events. - The cruiser ride goes all year long. In mid winter, you might find yourself riding alone or maybe with one other person (likely Captin’ Cold), pedaling very quickly to the nearest bar. The next cruze, is the end of the season celebration. The Cruiser Jam! No theme on this ride, anything goes. The Halloween ride is another really big one coming up. The ride doesn’t stop and can be really nice on some brisk fall evenings, time to get out the fur! For info you can always check www.cruiserbikeride.org. Be sure to vote for the nominations for cruiser awards. Tim and I always have a men’s and women’s cruiser bikes to loan to friends. So you and a lady friend wanted to join us, you’re always welcome. It’s more fun on a decked out bike and with a group of friends.
