October 18th, according to the events listing. Click on "Show All" at the bottom fo the events page. There was a poll published on the old yahoo site a few days ago asking for input on this year's theme. I dont know that a location has been selected or announced yet, but I've been out of the Burnerloop since coming back from this year's burn.
