Breathing on the Playa ~ Respirator Search

I would love any suggestions on where to get a decent respirator. I think i'll need something more substantial than the little white ones you can get at home depot etc. I've had asthma issues here when our ozone gets really shitty, and i'm worried about the whole breathing thing while i'm trying to experience my first burning man.

I've used a painter's mask in the past. Home DePot or other stores. It has two cartridges on the side that do a damn good job of filtering... and it seals well to your face. Not perfect at filtering every last dust particle, but WAY better than little white surgical masks. Also... track down Ryan Sullivan on here... he just joined i believe. He's an atmospheric scientist, and recommended something even more heavy duty if you are looking for pure air in the middle of a dust storm.

Uhm you'll find a "war ready" full face gas mask @ a DAV store - it'll B a bit HOT tho! (I've got one, full face, with a water attachment on the inside!)

They look nice, they aren't as scratchy as a painters mask and not as hot or aggravating as respirator.
