Check this out... Burning Man T-Shirts, sold by Burning Man??? i thought that was against the "Gifting Community" or the "Decommodification" Principles? They are the 1st 2 Principles listed... Should these not at least be handed out at the gate???

nah silly! that whole "decommodification" thing only applies to you, and any others who might for some reason attempt to infringe on the intellectual property of burning man, not the owners of said Intellectual Property! it's quite simple, just like any other corporation.

Well, it could B another way to raise a lttle $$ (as if they need more) just like the calendar, I buy one every yr - it's my way of supporting BM, but that's it - I don't even buy Ice (ok once) or coffee (ok once ;)
